New Address, New Opportunities

May 7, 2019 | Business, Rhode Island

The past few years have been exciting times of growth for Blackburn Labs. From helping many new startups realize their vision to building cutting edge virtual healthcare systems that have saved and extended lives. We feel privileged to have had so many opportunities to innovate.

With growth comes change. As much as we loved our office space in the Wakefield Professional Building, with all its rich history, we felt it was time to move and be closer to some of our partners and clients. That is why we have moved our main office to the Rising Sun Mills office complex in Providence. On top of being closer to many of our clients and partners, this collocates us with the Sprout CoWorking space, and all its great startups and small businesses. For example, we will be in the same building as The Institute of Entrepreneurship & Leadership (IEL). The IEL provides training to the next generation of entrepreneurs, focusing not only on hard technical skills, but all the many soft skills that are so important to a successful carrier in technology.

This move also conveniently makes us neighborhoods with the RI Tech Collective, which we became official members of last year. The RI Tech Collective provides many great resources and training opportunities for our team members and clients. We’ve been extremely happy with our membership and are thrilled to be even closer to their main office.

In this exciting time of growth and change, let us leave you with this quote:

“Growth is never by mere chance; it is the result of forces working together.”
